Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

We try to ensure that the prices quoted are correct and that all products are accurately described on this website. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description or price of goods displayed on this website. If we find an error in the price or description of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible to give you the option of reconfirming your order based on the correct price/description, or cancelling it. In the event that we are unable to contact you we will treat your order as cancelled.

Payment terms are strictly with order.

Reservation of title (goods supplied) shall remain the property of Popooki until payment has been received. In the absence of of payment Popooki reserve the right to repossess such goods.

Safety of goods once supplied shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Customers returning faulty goods will need proof of purchase (i.e. invoice or delivery note). We only accept returns on faulty goods, which must be brought to our attention within 3 days of delivery. Customers will be responsible for the organisation and costs relating to postage of returned goods to us.

We can take no responsibility for any material placed on or linked to our website by any person or persons without our knowledge or authorisation.

We keep details of your order filed and comply with all requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1984.

These provisions (terms, conditions, disclaimers and exclusions) shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England. If any of these provisions are deemed to be found unlawful, void or for any reason unenforcable then the provision or provisions found shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforcability of the remaining provisions.
